An Imagined Reality, LLC is an event services design and directing studio serving the bustling metropolis of Charlotte, North Carolina founded by Tara Cargle-Ashcraft.
Tara founded AIR after years of planning events for friends, family and through various professional roles; however it was not until she went though the process of planning her own fairytale wedding that she felt the calling to establish her own event design studio.
Tara is nearly a North Carolina native. She has lived in the area since 1992. Her love for the city and its surrounding areas stretches from its beautiful beaches to its majestic mountains. Knowing the ins and outs of the area gives her intimate insight when designing events taking place in the Carolinas. Tara holds a Bachelors in English and has taken part in professional development focused on design and business methods. Her professional history includes roles from public educator to corporate professional.
